Goals
This module, designed for students in the Traffic and Environment stream but not exclusively, provides an understanding of vehicle safety technologies and methods for integrating new solutions, taking into account vehicle ergonomics.
Programme Passive automotive safety components. Technologies used to study automotive passive safety. Shock biomechanics: application to passive safety. Biomechanics and ergonomics.
