POC Fall Project

Responding to the digital transformation of a client company's business in the form of a POC, in a project team using the agile method in 7 weeks.

The project takes place between September and November on a full-time basis for a total of 240 hours in groups of 3 or 4 students supervised by a scientific tutor from the school. The project is organised into 7 sprints of 1 week each. At the end of each week, a 'sprint review' is organised with the project sponsor to assess the week's progress and define the objectives for the next sprint. A mid-project presentation with the entire teaching team provides an update on the project's progress. A final presentation to the client and the teaching team concludes the project.
