Goals

This course aims to deepen knowledge of the elements of a company's financial strategy and understanding of the financial tools used to implement this strategy. The main themes covered are financial analysis, assessing the profitability of investments, financial management of mergers & acquisitions and company valuation methods, and entrepreneurial finance. Particular attention will be paid to the notion of responsible finance and the integration of ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) criteria into investors' policies, in order to combine economic performance with a positive impact on society and the environment.
