Classes are held outside of class hours (at lunchtime or in the evening). The number of classes (30 hours) is the same as for other languages. Depending on the teachers, this course can be "classical" or theme-based. Topics will be specified in the language choice form when students register for the course. Whether teaching is theme-based or not, it relies on the study of articles, books, podcasts and videos. The documents are long and demanding. Students are expected to give presentations, to debate and engage in dialogue in small groups.
Activity contextualised through environmentally sustainable development and social responsibility and/or supported by examples, exercises, applications.
Students are sensitised to issues linked to climate change, renewable energies, the circular economy, alternative lifestyles and sustainable buildings and cities. We can also discuss poverty, feminism and bioethical questions.
