Course offered over several semesters. Design is acquired through practice. This course therefore offers several study topics, to be dealt with in groups, in order to approach the practice of design.

Content may vary from year to year, for example:

• design of a plastic part, 3D printing, tensile testing.
• dimensioning of a lattice structure.
• dimensioning a photovoltaic system
• study of the layout of a wind farm.
